🚀 The Challenge
ReGen Total Wellness (formerly Arctic Cold Tubs) struggled with a slow-loading, outdated website that failed to convert visitors into paying customers. Despite attracting traffic, the website’s poor UX/UI, complex checkout process, and lack of mobile optimization resulted in high bounce rates and abandoned carts.
Key Problems:
❌ Cluttered and outdated design – Users found it difficult to navigate.
❌ Complicated checkout process – Too many steps caused high cart abandonment.
❌ Slow page speed – Poor performance affected user experience and SEO rankings.
